Where many PR, marketing and web agencies do a great job of helping companies with a campaign-based approach to social media, Muz and Becks saw the need for management consultancy applied with social media intelligence. Since they had that insight, the phone hasn’t stopped ringing!
Murray is a digital veteran, having become a full-time web worker in 1998. He’s moved from being a hands-on content creator to a change agent, leading projects to put the internet at the heart of many companies’ operations.
Becks is an experienced business owner with a background in both science and hospitality/customer service, as well as a serious web habit. Becks is a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has helped shape digitalmud’s distinctive and holistic approach to social media change management.
