We don’t like to boast, which is one of the reasons we choose not to reveal details about clients to you, our prospective clients.
But to give you a flavour of what’s been keeping us busy and excited in the past couple of months, here are some headlines:
- We delivered some training to the comms team of one of the world’s major NGOs, and are now working with them on a retainer basis to help with the strategic integration of social media into their campaign calendar. We’ll also be there to offer some coaching and ad-hoc advice.
- We wrote the entire new media strategy – not just social media strategy – for a non-departmental government organisation (Quango!) that is moving its face-to-face customer service interactions to online channels. We’ve also been helping to implement this strategy and offer advice on the change management needed for success.
- We’ve also done some netnography projects – one for a company that was blissfully unaware of the threats being posed to its reputation by both staff and unofficial, self-appointed brand ambassadors. We also did some netnography for an author, which helped him focus on new sales opportunities for his books.
- And we’ve taken part in a series of executive briefings for senior staff at some of the UK’s largest companies. We looked at ways in which social media could help with telephone demand reduction in their contact centres, while ensuring the customer experience is maintained if not enhanced.
