Social media policy development

We’re not fans of unnecessary bureaucracy, and overblown processes have no place in social media – but we do believe in the value of a sensible social media policy for businesses. Your staff need to know where the boundaries lie and what is expected of them – do you, for example, want them to use the company initials in their Twitter handles? Probably not if it’s a personal account, yet many people do.
